Terms of Service

Effective Date: 2026

1. Overview

Calisomnia is a digital platform that enables creators to collaborate, distribute digital media, and create and sell tickets for live events. Calisomnia provides platform infrastructure and payment processing facilitation. Calisomnia is not a production company, event organizer, talent agency, or financial institution.

2. Marketplace Role

Creators are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, event execution, deliverables, and representations associated with their listings. Calisomnia facilitates transactions between creators and customers but is not a party to agreements between users.

3. Payments

Payments are processed for event tickets and digital media products through integrated payment providers. By completing a purchase, users agree to pay all fees shown at checkout. Payment processing services are provided by third-party processors and subject to their terms.

4. Refunds

Event ticket refunds are governed by the event organizer’s stated cancellation policy. Digital media products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By using the platform, creators grant Calisomnia a limited license to display, distribute, and promote content solely for platform operation purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calisomnia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calisomnia from claims arising out of their content, conduct, or transactions conducted through the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

10. Modifications

Calisomnia may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
