2. Event Tickets
- All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.
- If an event is canceled, refunds will be processed in accordance with the event organizer’s cancellation policy.
- If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders may be subject to the organizer’s updated policy.
- Calisomnia facilitates ticket sales but does not organize events and is not responsible for event execution.
3. Digital Media Products
- Due to the nature of digital goods, digital media purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or made accessible.
- If a technical issue prevents access to purchased digital content, users may contact support for review.
4. Collaboration Services
- Refund eligibility for project-based collaboration services depends on the agreed project terms between users.
- If a creator fails to deliver agreed services, users may submit a dispute through the platform for review.
- Calisomnia reserves the right to evaluate disputes and take appropriate action in accordance with its Terms of Service.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Improper chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension. Users agree to attempt good faith resolution before initiating payment disputes.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
7. Fraud Prevention
Calisomnia reserves the right to refuse or reverse refunds where fraudulent activity, abuse of policy, or violation of platform terms is suspected.
